Why our coffee is different:

Our coffee bean roasting facility is located away from city environment and designed to filter air entering the facility!

We screen our coffee for plastics / micro plastics before we apply heat to green coffee beans. This is our proprietary process that inhibits melted plastic by-products that otherwise may contaminate coffee and equipment. Not only is our coffee better for you to consume it saves you MONEY by using less coffee to make superior tasting normal strength cups.

• Our recommended brew method: 5 grams Flat Burr Medium Grind (1 level tablespoon, non-compressed) per 5oz to 6oz simple ELECTRIC DRIP BREW cups for normal strength.

Taste is very subjective so your milage will vary. For stronger coffee, double the amount of ground coffee but we warn you it will be STRONG and you will get fewer cups to enjoy.

GRIND - NO NEED TO COMPLICATE

The fact is coffee grind size is WAY over complicated on the internet. How so? MANY brew methods overlap and grinders will create a particle size distribution that also overlaps. Grind size impacts coffee strength so experimenting with different grind sizes to create a coffee strength you enjoy may be rewarding.
